We do not sell your personal information or uploaded stamp files for money.
Stamp-related uploads can be especially sensitive. They may reveal internal approval patterns, personal names, job titles, company identifiers, signatures, seals, or document fragments.
For that reason:
- do not upload files unless you are authorized to do so;
- redact unnecessary data before upload where practical;
- avoid uploading highly sensitive data unless it is necessary and lawful for your use case;
- review outputs before sharing or relying on them.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary by data type. For example:
- account and billing records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;
- uploaded files, prompts, task history, and generated outputs may be retained while your account and related features remain active, until deleted, or until they are no longer needed for service operation;
- logs and security records may be retained for abuse prevention, incident response, and audit purposes.
Backups and cached copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for deciding what files and information to upload.
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we take steps designed to protect transferred data in accordance with applicable law.
