Terms of Service

Important Notice

StampMaker provides tools for creating, repairing, extracting, converting, and hosting digital stamp images and related assets. StampMaker is a software platform only. It is not a law firm, notary, certification authority, trust service provider, government authority, or legal validity service.

Using StampMaker does not by itself make a stamp, seal, or document legally valid, enforceable, or accepted in any jurisdiction. Whether a stamp or electronic seal can be used for contracts, filings, invoices, HR documents, procurement, customs, banking, or regulated workflows depends on the laws, regulations, internal approval rules, and evidence requirements that apply to you.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StampMaker, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, organization, or public body, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members, contractors, or anyone who uses your credentials.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Permitted Use

You may use StampMaker only for lawful and authorized purposes. This includes using the service only when you have the right to:

• upload, edit, repair, extract, or store the images, documents, and prompts you submit;
• reproduce or use the text, logos, emblems, marks, and visual elements included in your content;
• create or manage a stamp or seal for the person or entity it represents.

Your Compliance Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of StampMaker is compliant with applicable laws, regulations, industry rules, employment rules, procurement rules, recordkeeping requirements, and internal approval policies.

In particular, you are responsible for:

• confirming whether a digital stamp, electronic seal, or generated output is legally usable in your jurisdiction and use case;
• obtaining all required permissions, approvals, and consents before uploading or generating content;
• reviewing all outputs before relying on them in contracts, official submissions, invoices, HR records, tax matters, customs paperwork, banking workflows, or other high-risk situations;
• keeping any audit trail, signer evidence, approval record, or retention record required by your business or regulator.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use StampMaker to:

• forge, counterfeit, falsify, or deceptively imitate any stamp, seal, chop, endorsement, certification mark, or approval mark;
• impersonate a company, institution, government body, public office, regulated professional, or another individual;
• create, repair, clean up, or host a stamp that you are not authorized to use;
• reproduce government insignia, regulated seals, tax marks, customs marks, court seals, notarial seals, banking seals, medical seals, or similar official marks without proper authority;
• upload or process content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or trade secret rights;
• use the service to facilitate fraud, document deception, unauthorized approvals, or any unlawful or misleading activity;
• interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.

We may remove content, suspend access, cancel accounts, or take other protective action if we reasonably believe the service is being used in a prohibited or risky way.

User Content

You retain your rights in the prompts, uploads, documents, and other content you submit to the service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, transform, and otherwise process that content as needed to:

• operate and deliver the service;
• generate requested outputs;
• maintain backups and logs;
• prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
• investigate support requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce these Terms.

You represent and warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you submit and for the way you use the resulting outputs.

AI Output and Human Review

StampMaker may use automated systems and AI models to process your requests. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, low quality, or unsuitable for your intended legal or business use.

You must review all outputs before use. You should not rely on StampMaker as your sole control for legal validity, identity verification, authorization checking, regulatory compliance, or fraud prevention.

Intellectual Property

The service itself, including our software, branding, interface, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as necessary to identify our service in a truthful manner.

Privacy and Data Handling

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data and uploaded content. Because stamp-related files may contain business-sensitive or personal information, you should upload only the minimum content necessary for your task.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your use creates legal, security, fraud, or abuse risk;
• we are required to do so by law or a competent authority;
• continued service operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion tools or support-based deletion requests may be available depending on the feature involved.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that:

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• generated or repaired stamp images will be legally valid or accepted by any third party;
• any output will meet your compliance, evidentiary, or recordkeeping needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or regulatory standing arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid us anything, whichever is greater.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
